Wave Lab
A weekly virtual laboratory where you experience the Wave of Integration in real time — guided live, tested in your own body, with open Q&A at the end.
Donation-based ($25 suggested) · No one turned away for lack of funds
Live on Zoom · 40–60 minutes · Recording included
How each Tuesday works
1. One Focus Topic
A single precise somatic principle or coordinate (polarity, breath rhythm, or antagonistic action) introduced clearly in plain terms.
2. Embodied Practice
Guided movement exploration where you feel the pattern in your own body — moving from local muscular bracing into whole-body release.
3. Open Q&A
Time reserved at the end to ask questions, unpack sensations, and examine how to translate the work into your own teaching or practice.
Who it's for
Movement teachers, Alexander Technique practitioners, and tango dancers who want the underlying structure — not another set of exercises.
If you already work with bodies, you don't need more techniques. You need the coordination beneath them.
